We move fast, stay flexible, and never operate under an obligation to exit. There is no pressure to resell or restructure, and no short-term financial engineering at the expense of the business you built. When we acquire a company, our intention is to hold and grow it.
We're entrepreneurs with roots in American small business ownership, not private equity investors or investment bankers. The founders of SIG Partners have started and led multiple small businesses and we understand the commitment that it requires.
