Venture Star Shanghai Investments
In November 2006, SIG, DBS Bank and Shanghai Science and Technology Investment Corp. registered Venture Star Shanghai, a Sino-foreign joint venture investment fund specially approved by the Ministry of Commerce of China, marking the establishment of one of the largest domestic private equity investment companies in China.
SIG Capital Partners will manage the company and will invest primarily in Chinese companies which, in many cases, will be seeking a listing in China. | |
